Rachel Hurst is a student at the University of East Anglia and helps other students deal with their climate anxieties through climate cafes on campus.
It’s part of a new scheme created by the university and mental health charity Norfolk and Waveney Mind, which has seen young people worried about climate change use their services.
A recent global survey found that 39% of UK students consider climate change to be one of the biggest issues of their generation.
