One Nation leader Pauline Hanson has thanked all Queenslanders who voted for her, after final results revealed she retained her Senate seat in the state.
“I would just like to say to all the people in Queensland who voted for me – thank you very much,” Ms Hanson told Sky News host Paul Murray.
“I’m very touched by this, very grateful.”
Ms Hanson also said she would keep her promise to investigate the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.
“I will put this before the floor of parliament. I think we need a joint select committee hearing on how COVID has been handled,” she said.
