Labor pledges $1 billion to address GP shortages and bolster Medicare

Opposition leader Anthony Albanese has pledged $1 billion to address Australia’s GP shortage if elected on May 21. Mr Albanese said a Medicare Task Force made up of leading medical bodies would be set up to tackle the problem.
