Royal Family LIVE: Kate faces birthday heartbreak again despite passing milestone | Royal | News

Prince Harry is said to be “very happy” with the decision of him and his wife Meghan to step down from royal duties two years ago, a royal editor has said.

Harry, 37, and Meghan, 40, have left their roles as senior members of the royal family to pursue a financially independent life in the United States, where they live with their two children Archie and Lilibet.

After their departure, the couple signed a number of lucrative deals with streaming giants Spotify and Netflix, and also continued to continue their philanthropic work through their Archewell foundation.

And Majesty magazine editor Ingrid Seward says Harry in particular is “very happy” with their lives two years after the Megxit.

Ms Seward told the Mirror: “I hear that, despite everything, Harry is very happy with his lot.

“He managed to break away from the ‘toxic’ royal life, which his mother always wanted to do but never could.”
