Winter has a grip on the midwestern Ontario region Saturday.
A blizzard warning and blowing snow advisories are in place for most areas.
Environment Canada states that an Alberta Clipper is the bringing strong winds and snow to most of southern Ontario today and conditions aren’t likely to improve until the evening.
Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility.
There are a number of road closures in the region. The OPP has tweeted that all roads in Bruce, Gray and Perth County should be considered closed and Wellington County has tweeted that the OPP has also closed the roads in Wellington County.
The OPP also received numerous earlier Saturday morning.

Roads crews across the region are reporting snow covered roads and heavy drifting on roads across Huron, Perth, Bruce, Gray and northern areas of Wellington.
An visibility can be poor to nil at times because of the high winds and blowing snow.
