WWE Superstar Rick Boogs has revealed that Shinsuke Nakamura is “out” due to a hand injury he sustained two months ago.

The current Intercontinental Champion – who hasn’t played a singles match since Survivor Series 2021 in November – was part of a brief tag team fight during the December 10 edition of SmackDown, with his most recent appearance on the ring of any kind eight days later. on a non-televised event, again in a tag match.

Instead, Boogs took the spotlight, and the rising star admitted it was due to Shinsuke’s injury.

Boogs noted that his partnership with Nakamura is designed to help him grow as a performer, and he hopes they will continue to work together for now.
